Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You may submit photos of damaged items and proof of receipt for an Exchange Only, at Info@veihintuitive.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the defective item you'd like to exchange, and let you know whether or not it was approved. If approved, we will ship a replacement to the address of your choosing at no extra cost. Please understand that we Do Not Offer Returns on any products or gift cards.
