Shipping policy

Shipping rates vary depending on Country/Region, State, weight, and our vending partners.

We aim for between 3-10 business days to arrive with said purchase. Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate. VEIH Intuitive cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing. For orders placed after 5:00 PM, the working day commences at 9: 00 AM the next day. Shipping service is tracked  and signatures are available on over 70% of deliveries. Our site offers extra coverage to protect you and your merchandise in case of theft or damage upon arrival (See RETURN POLICY for further details). Please note that some of our products are classified as dangerous goods (Pure essential oils, blends, or any product containing alcohol for mists or perfumes).These goods are shipped by road ONLY. For select merchandise, we honor special packaging requests, so please do not hesitate to contact us, as we are happy to help with special requirements wherever we can.
